Dr Claire Oliver (Dyneley House Surgery), Anna Sheryn and Cerin Rees (Eat, Move, Be Happy, Social Enterprise) will be leading an online talk on the self-management of high blood pressure on Thursday 25th January 6.30pm - 7.30pm.
The talk will include the effects of high blood pressure on the body, how to manage symptoms and lifestyle medicine to help reduce high blood pressure.
There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of the talk.

The WACA social prescribing team were on hand at the World Diabetes Day Event held in Keighley on November 15th with other stakeholders to educate patients on symptoms and signs to look out for, help signpost patients to additional community support, offer blood pressure checks, covid and flu vaccinations and talk to patients about medication options.
Vanessa Laber from Diabetes UK said " For me it was brilliant to have so many fantastic stakeholders in one place. We were able to signpost people to all of the other stakeholders where relevant, and some really quality conversations were had"
