Grange Park Surgery are hosting a a drop-in coffee afternoon on Monday 8th June with Carers' Resource to recognise the invaluable work of unpaid carers.

The afternoon will offer the chance to meet other carers who understand the realities of caring and Carly from Carers' Resource will be on hand to offer advice and help with accessing the NHS App.
