Do you live with day-to-day pain? If you do, ask your Doctor if you would benefit from being referred to the Rethinking Pain service.
Rethinking Pain supports people with long-term pain in their community; alongside any clinical care they receive from their doctor. They provide evidence-backed guidance to help you manage your pain holistically. By working with a dedicated Health Coach, Rethinking Pain can help you to:
- Understand more about your pain and how the body responds to it
- Meet others who live with long-term pain and share stories
- Find new approaches to help you manage your day-to-day pain, alongside or in place of medication
- Put support plans in place, and find out about community-based activities and workshops
This short video explains the service, and may help you to think differently about pain:
