Our prostate cancer partners support group offers a safe, welcoming and understanding space for the partners of men affected by prostate cancer.
We recognise that a diagnosis can have a profound impact on partners too, bringing worries about the future, changes in relationships, treatment decisions and the emotional demands of providing support.
The group provides an opportunity to meet others who understand these experiences, share feelings and practical advice, ask questions, and find reassurance without judgement. Whether you are newly facing a diagnosis or have been supporting your partner for some time, you are very welcome to join us (the original men’s group still meets on the 2nd Friday of each month at Fisher Medical Centre).
When: 1st Friday of each month, 1pm - 3pm
Where: Fisher Medical Centre, Coach Street, Skipton, BD23 1EU
