WACA Primary Care Network are launching a new GR8 Minds Podcast Series on Monday 15th August! Social Prescribers, David Pugh, Shameem Koser and Lucy Owens will be leading the show, talking to guests from across your local community, discussing the best ways to look after your mental health.

As children’s and young people’s Social Prescribers we promote good mental health and wellbeing. One of our 8 steps to feel GR8 today is “Be Kind to Yourself” that encourages young people to do something they enjoy which will make them feel good about themselves. What a better way by connecting to our GR8 minds podcast. This podcast is a great way for young people to keep engaged with what is happening in the area and to know that support is available for young people’s mental health.

There are many benefits to listening to this podcast as it helps you to listen, concentrate, imagine, and learn new skills. Join us by clicking on the link: The GR8 Minds Podcast • A podcast on Anchor and start listening!
