WACA and the Bradford District and Craven ICB recently held the 'Wharfedale and Craven Integrated Neighbourhood Health Team Workshop' to offer a key opportunity for local NHS organisations and VCS partners to come together to discuss how the new neighbourhood model is expanding across the system and to play a vital role in shaping how services evolve to better meet the needs of local communities.
