One of our Adult Social Prescribers, Sue Moorchild, has been waving the flag for WACA , at the National Singing for Health Network.

Alongside this, WACA had been working with Sophie Wallace (Nurse from Grange Park Surgery ) and Keely Hogson to create a WACA Singing for Lung Health Group , which consist of 8 Week Courses. You can follow the group on facebook : Bring me Sunshine Trio
On 18th July 2023, WACA supported a project called Stay Safe, which helps Keighley based Children learn lifesaving safety skills. Stay Safe, hosted by Keighley College involved approximately 115 year 6 pupils from surrounding schools over 6 workshops.
A wide range of agencies and organisations took part including Airedale Hospital, Bradford Royal Infirmary, Bradford Council's road safety team, British Transport Police, First Aid 4 Events, Keighley Cougars, Northern Powergrid, the St Giles Trust, the Dogs Trust and West Yorkshire Police.
